NOTHING BUT A SCAM. I LOST MY KEYS SO I GOT A HOLD OF THEM AND THE GUY WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE TOLD ME 120 ON THE PHONE AND THEN SAID 300 WHEN HE GOT THERE. ALSO HE KEPT GIVING ME THE RUNAROUND ON WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG. HE KEPT TELLING ME 40 MORE MINUTES. WHEN HE DECIDED THAT IT WAS DONE HE HAD PUT THE WRONG CHIP IN THE KEY. THE CAR WOULD CRANK BUT WOULD NOT START. I KEPT ASKING ABOUT IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE KEY AND HE KEPT DENYING IT. HE SAID THAT I NEEDED TO GET A MECHANIC. HE SAID THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. THE CAR RAN RIGHT BEFORE I LOST THE KEYS. ALL SIGNS LED TO THE KEY BEING WRONG. WHEN I WAS QUESTIONING HIM ABOUT THE KEY HE SAID HE HAD TO GO HE HAD ANOTHER JOB. HE ASKED IF WE WANTED THE KEY TO HAVE THE CAR LOOKED AT. HE SAID WE COULD PAY HALF NOW AND THE REST LATER. WE TOLD HIM WE WEREN'T PAYING AND HE TOOK OFF IN A BIG HURRY AS IF HE KNEW HE WAS CAUGHT. I IMMEDIATELY GOT ANOTHER LOCKSMITH. THE NEW LOCKSMITH (Buckeye Locksmith) HAD A KEY MADE AND THE CAR STARTED IN 40 MINUTES AT MOST.

Very good service! I locked my keys in my car and called them. In less than an hour the man was there to help me. I don’t know how many times i’ve called a locksmith and waited forever for them to get to me. I had to be at work 2 hours after I locked my keys in the car so I thought I wasn’t going to make it. My 22 yr old daughter had been stranded at work since 3pm because her car keys were stolen . At fist they seem great said a 20 min response time. Well then about 630 they called and said their vehicle had overheated and could not get to her for a couple hours and wanted to know if that was ok, I laughed and said no what part of my daughter is stranded at work do you not understand. So I had to start the whole process over with another company. I was informed this happens frequently with this company! So my daughter did not get a key for her car until 8pm. Would not ever recommend this company!

Great experience with Dublin locksmith. Last night me and my girlfriend lost our car key in the mall we look everywhere and we couldn't find it. Eventually we called Dublin locksmith we gave the dispatch our information and 15 minutes later Gerry the technician shows up with all the equipment to made us a brand new key for my ford van he was very quick and professional. Absolutely terrible company! Do not use! After losing my keys, I called this company to have a locksmith let me in my house. I was told roughly $65 over the phone (including service fee and cost to pick the lock). They did mention that price is based on the job. I was told someone would be to my house within 15-20 minutes. I got a call 25 minutes after my original call and was told they were now 45-50 minutes out. An hour and ten minutes later and no technician; I called back. The technician said he was 20 minutes away. Finally about 30 minutes later, he actually arrived. So over 2 hours later they finally arrived. He tried using a screwdriver to open the door and it looks awful now. He then used a sheet a plastic made for the job and the door opened right up. It's beyond me why the plastic wasn't used first since it wouldn't have destroyed our lock. Lastly, the cost was $192 of which $140 was labor for 20 minutes of work on a job they were over 2 hours late to. I guess they earned one star though since they actually got me in my house. I should also add that the bill was under AYS Services. I called to ask about that and was informed that AYS Services is the parent company to Dublin Mobile Locksmith. When I informed the person on the phone about the awful service received, all they could offer was some coupons for our next service. I don't plan to have a repeat of this issue and if I did, I certainly would look at another company. That was just a slap in the face.

He arrived within 30min of my call and took 3min to replace the lock itself. All in all the process took less than 45min from start to finish. Hired to change a gold bolt lock on a door with all gold fixtures. I told them exactly what I needed before they arrived. Completed work and installed a Bronze lock. I asked to change to gold as requested and he said it was all he had. I finally called and wanted a gold lock replaced as originally requested. After waiting 24 more hours they came back. Told me if gold was what I needed I should have said something. Then upon leaving drove through my yard and left mud ruts for me to clean up. Insisted I give a Google review for a discount. Next time do a competent job. I don't know anyone who wants multicolor door hardware, on the front door!! Have more pride in your work

Absolutely awful service. Service charge of 40 dollars plus an additional 130 just to open a residence without a deadbolt. The locksmith was over 40 minutes late and unable to unlock the door without drilling. Even had the courage to say he wasn't going to replace the hardware he would have destroyed. Would not recommend. A total waste of 40$ and I'm still locked out. In response to your comment, I called another service (Angel Keys) and was in my house within a minute of when they got there. No Drilling. Either your guy was trying to increase my charge or he had no idea what he was doing.

Called for service and was told $25 for service call and then the service starting at $39.99 depending on what needs done. Locksmith shows up, takes him 30 seconds to unlock our lock, and he charged me over $200.00. There was nothing out of the oridinary that needed done and still charged this rate. Unbelievably excessive, but I was in need and didn’t feel like waiting for another company to come given the circumstances. Very frustrating as I feel they took advantage of the situation and felt they could charge whatever rate they wanted at that point.

I talked to a technician who said he had 2 jobs ahead of me and it would take 2 hours to get to me, (fine). I get a call after 2.5 hours saying he's having trouble and it's taking longer than he thought (ok). I called him after it had been 4 hours and it went to voicemail. I decided to call Buckeye Locksmith, and Buckeye Locksmith came out immediately and took care of me. The technician from Dublin Mobile didn't call me back until the next day, 16 hours later! (Unacceptable!!!)

I will not be using these guys again. I called at 8:40am to have a simple cylinder lock installed on my next door neighbor back door at my cost. When I first called I was told someone would be out in about half an hour to an hour at that time. They then called my neighbor and said they would be out between 1-3pm. Which they were. However, the neighbor was told that they had to go get a lock, took the entire door handle with them and said that they would be back around 6pm. When I called at 630pm and asked what was going on, I was told that someone would be back between 6 and 7pm and that they were coming back so late due to emergency calls that had called in. I get it, an emergency call is just that. But, I would think that keeping someone waiting around all day not able to leave, because there is no way to securely lock up the house seems to me like a priority. I dont know if they are under staffed, or if they dont know how to handle the amount of business they get, or even if they know how to prioritize their calls. Either way I wont be using them again.

Unfortunately bad experience! Came unprepared and did not have the equipment needed to rekey our doors even though my request was clear as to what services we needed. Had to leave to gets parts and was gone over an hour. Scratched our door handle. Also failed to secure the bottom of our handle. It did appear there was an issue with the bolt provided with the lock that I don’t blame the company for but no one mentioned there was an issue and the locksmith just tried to cover it up and leave it unsecured.

I'm almost positive these other google reviews are fake. I was in the Dublin area and locked my keys in my car trunk. Decided to give these guys a call since they're in the area and I needed to be somewhere soon. They got there in a decent amount of time but the cost for opening my car door (which took less than 5 minutes) was over $180. After doing some reading after the fact, I found out I was blatantly ripped off. My fault for being inexperienced I guess but I will have nothing to do with such a dishonest company in the future.

I couldn't have asked for better services ! I have had to pay over 600 dollars for a new key because I have a electronic chip in mine and these guys know what they're doing! I called and explained my problem thinking id be obligated to go to the dealer but no, they said they could make a new one and came to me within a couple hours. Let me preface this review with this- I've never received such terrible service. I could write pages upon pages of this experience, but I will keep it as short as I can to adequately explain the horrible job they did on my front door. Unfortunately, I don't think I can add all of the pictures I took to try and describe to the boss how they ruined my door. First- I wanted to change the lock and the handle to match- I wanted both to be silver. The employee went to their warehouse to get an appropriate set that would fit my door- or so I thought. Once he was done installing the lock and handle, he pointed to a dime sized hole in the door and explained that the new handle I wanted wasn't the same size as the previous one, so " I could simply patch it with wood putty." I couldn't believe that he didn't tell me BEFORE he put the hole in my door so I would have had the choice to keep the old handle. Instead it was somehow acceptable to tell the customer after the fact to simply patch the hole in a front door. Not only was there a hole, but a two inch portion where there was no paint on the front side of he door. Second- The employee gave me a huge 15% price discount for ruining my door. This was supposed to appease me. I had the night to think about that discount and decided that they either needed to fix my door or refund all of my money. The manager said they would come back and fix the door. This was after several back and forth emails and phone calls of him arguing with me and me explaining over and over what happened. The same employee came back and installed a circular silver plate over the hole. It looked ridiculous and I was getting more and more upset that a company would make such an issue about fixing their mistake. Third-After they installed this silver plate over the hole, I was still not happy. I expressed that the plate looked even worse than the hole. He proceeded to give me 50% after at least 6-7 more emails and phone calls over the course of two weeks expressing my dissatisfaction. He told me that "no company would do work for free and he was losing money having his techs come out to fix my door." Since when is it a customer's concern that they are losing money on a mistake that they clearly made? Lastly- I have been trying to fix this mess for months. I put hole filler over it that left a glue like residue around the hole. I then put wood putty over that. There is now a dent in the door where the hole was and I can't make the wood putty smooth enough to not show under the paint. I'm sure someone else could've fixed this with far less hassle, but that should never have been my hassle to begin with. Please beware of this company. If they make a mistake, you should be grateful for the 50% discount because, after all, they are losing money on anything more.
