Have you ever tried to turn a key in the wrong direction so hard that it breaks? Sure you might say that only a stupid person could do it. Guess I am that stupid after all. This happened last December. I just finished shopping and was on my way home. It was starting to get cold. I had to walk a block. There was no space to park – it was a busy day. I finally reached our doorstep. I took the key and tried to open the door. Was in a real hurry doing all of this. I twisted the key to the right. God knows why but I did. Next thing I know it broke. A part of the key is stucked in the keyhole and I had no idea how to get it nor open the door. Minutes passed and I was starting to get desperate. Even tried kicking the door really hard. I learned that day – kicking doors only works in movies. With some struck of luck my friend Miller saw me and told me to call Columbus Discount Locksmith. I had some doubts but I still made the call. Within 10 minutes a van arrived and a person with all sense of urgency got off it. Forgot to ask his name but he looked really professional. He immediately assured me that he could fix it. He did and must I add he did it with ease. I don't know but he managed to pull the key from the keyhole. Columbus Discount Locksmith is someone I would highly recommend. Just learned that they've been around for 20 years. That explains why. Prompt and high quality service. If it's an emergency I'd call them right away. BTW. I'm changing my locks and they gave me a really good deal. If you need help and don't know any locksmith you might as well contact them.

Five stars for them. Guys are really professional and they sure value a customer's time. They had to wait for me and not me wait for them. I needed help to recode an electronic keypad lock. For some reason the my password wasn't working. They checked the system I set up on my own and told me that I did some wirings incorrectly (makes sense). They tried to check if they could fix but also suggested that I get a new one for better security. I did. Also got a second opinion for my broken keypad lock and it really is broken. Honest service.

For weeks I'd wake up to the sound of police knocking in my door late at night asking if I'm okay. They told me that my alarm triggered again. Kept on asking the company who set it up to get it fix and each time they say it's done but it was the same thing. Luckily I came across Brandon who referred me to Columbus Discount Locksmith. They visited my place and immediately saw what was wrong. They had to make a few adjustments with the triggering system. My Alarm System is now working properly. It hasn't triggered unnecessarily. Won't have to bother the police officers anymore.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company that I've ever dealt with. Not only do they refuse to provide real names to the people who are servicing. They price gouge at the end of the service. This locksmith is fraudulent! Do not use their service!! The reviews are below are clearly fake. There is no way they have provided quality service to anyone based on the way they treated me and my company.

At first I would thank you for taking care of me during my stay with you! 1. Quality of service 2. Your personality and attention 3. Your ability to read my mind The ambiance is very good, i like the smell of fragrance upon entrance in the lobby, i had a good sleep in my room, very clean. An array of delicious food to choose during breakfast. My stay is truly an experience of elegance and fine dining to the max. Excellent staff from the front door and check-in counter to the bar and restaurant staff. I used the pool, laundry service and spa and was very impressed. Hotel is in great condition and there are a wide variety of things to do. No real happy hour for the average guest besides a limit d menu at the bar. Compared to other hotels of the same caliber that is disappointing. But, I will stay here for my next visit. I could not think of a better place than your hotel to recommend it to my friends and family! You set the standard unreachable for others!

Key has broken off inside of the lock. Never thought that I'd call a locksmith in this lifetime. Always believed in doing things my own way. I guess you would really would've to ask for help if it's late and the key has broken off inside the lock. No hardware stores were open and all of my spares were inside the house. Glad I called Columbus Discount Loksmit.
