Let me share about the integrity this company has. I had a new lock installed yesterday. It was one of those combination locks. Install was quick, simple and Josh walked me through how to set up my code and use the lock. Last night I went outside and discovered I could not get back into my house because the handle to the storm door was just above the knob to turn the deadbolt and I could not push the storm door handle down to open the door. I had just changed my garage code due to a security issue and could not remember what it was. I was locked out of my home. I ended up busting the handle off the storm door so I could get inside. Buckeye Locksmith was out first thing this morning. Josh apologized for the error and even purchased a new and improved combination lock and installed it quickly. He also repaired the handle on my storm door. All of that and didn’t charge me a dime. The quick response and integrity of Josh and the company will keep me a customer for life (just hopefully not for lockouts). I highly recommend Buckeye Locksmith to everyone!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I had called a day prior to ask for help getting a key made for my vehicle. The temperature outside was very cold so I told him it was okay if we had it done the following day. He then set me up an appointment for 7:30AM. I drove 2 hours up to my car to meet with the tech. Needless to say he never showed up. No call. Nothing. I called somewhere else in the area and they are on their way now and about $80 cheaper.

Omg I have a 2007 Audi Q7 my key broke I’m the ignition. This is the ONLY locksmith that can cut and program Audi Keys and German trust me I checked. W was so awesome he tried hard but I had an ignition issue. He did my even charge me and even showed me how to turn my car on. My daughter locked herself out of her room. The property management company was too slow in responding (23 hours). We contacted Buckeye Locksmith and Joshua was in route when the maintenance person showed up. We let Joshua know he came and tried to pay for his time. He refused any payment and was more concerned that our daughter was safe and able to get in her room. I cannot begin to thank Joshua enough for going above and beyond to help my daughter.

Josh came to my house on a Sunday to fix my ignition. Called fifteen minutes before as promised, showed up in time. Gave me some tips and said that they can fix anything with a key. I believe it. Work was done in half an hour. Today something didn't feel right, I wasn't sure if it was me or what, Josh came right back out and worked on it again, no charge. Fast, courteous and friendly. Jeremy and Josh had a high sense of urgency, were very professional, but most of all were polite and generous. I say generous because, the correspondence with one of my unprofessional workers, took them out of their way and put them in a situation to lose money. Despite the unprofessionalism on our part, they continued to be helpful and understanding. I apologize, Jeremy. Great service! Called on a Sunday and Jeremy picked up on the first ring. Explained the problem I was having with the ignition in my car, he told me exactly what the problem was and how long it would take along with quoting me a price.
