We have an old lock box safe and we lost the key. The family has a Disney cruise planned and we desperately needed our passports. I reached out to All Secured and spoke with Isaac. He was more than just helpful. He told me to bring the box in and they would get it open. I showed up this morning and they were able to open it in just a couple of minutes. They saved our vacation. Blake did an outstanding job!!! We were having issues with our front office door locking by itself, and at times, locking people out unexpectedly. I called Expert Lock & Key originally; they sent someone out that day. I could tell right away that the guy didn't know what he was doing. $250 later, and barely a week after it was "fixed", it started doing the same thing. I called them and they said that there was nothing they could do, and that if they came out again, they were going to have to charge us again. I ended up calling All Secured Security, and they were able to get us scheduled for the following Wednesday. However, on Monday morning we couldn't get in the door at all....the key wouldn't even unlock it. Called All Security, and they had someone out within an hour. Blake was very nice, knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time. They were also much cheaper than the original place!! They have our future business for sure!!

Although they had a busy schedule, he arranged for Blake to come out the next morning and take care of the situation. Not only did Blake call me from the site and go over the items necessary to secure my house, he shared with me information on the condition of the house and sent me some pictures. I recently purchased an old home and two of the locks were sticking from time to time. I called All Secured and Blake and Brian came out within just a few days to repair the locks. One of the locks required a special piece due to the poor condition of the wood on the door frame, and Blake came out the day the piece came in to finish up. Both Blake and Brian were very professional and polite. About 2 days later I somehow managed to lock my keys inside the house at 7:00 in the morning. Brian was there in 15 minutes and got me back inside in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

I can not say enough good things about this company, and the employees that they have. Isaac, Brian, and Jenna have all been a pleasure to work with. They made my life a lot easier when it came to having this work completed. I contacted All Secured Security Services to ask for a quote to have 10 business locations re-keyed with high security locks. Brian offered a reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be completed. Isaac was very good about communicating with me, at each and every location. I then had a location in the Chicago area that needed to be re-keyed, and All Secured gave me a better price for Isaac to travel to Illinois than anyone in the Chicago area gave me for the work that I needed to have done. Lastly, there was an issue with one of the doors not locking at one of the original 10 locations, through no fault of All Secured. Isaac went to that location on a Saturday and did what needed to be done to make sure that my business was secured. I will keep this company in mind, for any local needs, and probably some reasonable travel distance as well. Thank you again, All Secured for all of your employees' hard work on our behalf!!

Could not have had a better experience. Called on Saturday night and Isaac was at our house in 15 minutes. When he saw our lock was unpickable he immediately identified another way in. We were in the house in five minutes, and had new copies of our key within 10. From call to end of visit it was 45 minutes!

Locked my keys in my trunk of my Mercedes Benz. Other companies were "scam artists" based on my car, not the job which was the same. All Secured Security however bases their price, which is the least expensive on the job. Other wanted upwards of $100-300..or a trip fee, parts "unnecessary" and addtl "rate"..scam. Not All Secured Security..honest, timely, compassionate. Jenna, Amy and Kristen on the phones are amazing. Blake who actually came out was astounding. We came across All Secured because they were an authorized Brivo dealer in the Columbus area. Since we have been getting quotes and approving work for them to do on our properties and construction sites, they have been much cheaper than the competition. Their work has also been much cleaner and pleasing to the eye than previous vendors. They have even addressed a few emergency situations in an extremely timely manner with no out of pocket cost to us (warranty replacement). The most recent task we had them complete was to replace a bad mag lock on two of our property pool gates. We switched from a door mag lock (incorrect hardware) to a Locinox pool gate mag lock and it was a complete 180 from what we had. The end result was a very smooth, very clean, install. The suite of services they offer make it convenient to choose one vendor for an array of access control tasks such as repairs/installs. Great group of people.

These folks are absolutely professional and always helpful. I've used them twice now, both times walking in with no appointment or prior notice I needed their assistance. The second time the lock on our 3 month old panic bar had broken and we were unable to secure our business. They were slammed but one of their expert locksmiths took the time to rebuild the lock for us so we could secure our business within a couple hours of the time I took them the lock. Our business just had security cameras installed by All Security Services. They are amazing! A year ago, we installed ourselves a Wi-Fi camera system. The Wi-Fi system was virtually useless, between bad picture quality and the cameras freezing up. With these new cameras, we can see everything, day or night. The install staff were great! Both, Cory Black(tech guy) and Willy Nelson(wire guy) (and yes… Willy Nelson). We had 10 cameras installed, inside and outside. They came in, reviewed what was needed and got to it. We were amazed on how fast this was completed. And pricing, was incredible. Originally, we were only planning on 6 cameras. But the pricing was so great we installed 10. If you are thinking about a security camera system, this company was great and the cost was affordable.
