Keys were locked in trunk of car and the gentleman from Ace arrived shortly after being called. Since this was a newer model vehicle with smart key, a cutter for this key was not available yet and he needed to get creative. He worked in 90 degree + heat for at least 30 minutes straight until he was able to successfully open the trunk by going through the backseats, thus retrieving the keys . The price was extremely reasonable and he was very polite. This helped get us out of real jam....on a Sunday. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Ace Lock Safe & Security before anyone else!

Was stranded by my car in the snow with half a broken key in my hand, and the other half stuck in my door, called em up, they had me back on the road with two fresh keys in no time at all, didn't even need to walk away from my car. Extremely thankful!

Excellent establishment. I have not gone back a single time for a recut of a key these guys make. I don't even bother with Lowe's for keys anymore I'd rather frequent a local place that does the job right.

I took my car there to get another key fob programmed. All I did is drop the car off at my convenience & it was ready a few hours later. It was very reasonably priced & everyone was nice. Will definitely recommend to friends & family. Thank you!!

Had a small safe that failed mechanically. Took it to these folks and they spent spent a very minimal amount of time opening it for me so I could remove my valuables to send it back to the manufacturer.
