We had a unique situation in that we have a large RV and the only door on the vehicle was closed, not locked but would not open. The mechanism inside the door malfunctioned and the key lock would not open the door. It took some time, some internet research, and good ole locksmith magic but Jay was able to get it our door open. He did all of this in the rain on Sunday and didn’t charge any extra for all the time and special work needed to do this. He was very capable and professional. We were pleasantly surprised when he went out of his way to cleanup the area and make sure we were satisfied with his workmanship. We highly recommend Jay’s service.

This spring I purchased my first house, and found the advice and service Jay and Fred have offered to be invaluable. My house was built in 1845, so it always poses some unique challenges to anyone doing any sort of work. Jay and Fred have been able to both re-key an old style of surface mounted lock for me as well as install a new, modern deadbolt in my old door. They took extra measures to ensure the deadbolt would be secure in the existing cut out. In the future I’ll be sure to always call A Tri County Lock for any locksmith services I need. I live in the city of Canton and locked my keys in the car this morning 3/15/19 at about 3AM. I went to Google and called every locksmith company in my area which was 24 hours but, could get no one to come out until after 7AM. I even called a company that was much closer to me (Uniontown) the gentleman at the time ask me what services I needed and when I told him he then told me that, he didn’t come my way. I called Tri- County and spoke with Jay Cheyfitz. I just want to say that Jay is 45 minutes away from where I lived but had no problem with coming this way to help me as early as it was in my state of emergency. Jay gave me an ETA every step of the way from the time he was Loading up in his truck to hitting the highway to pulling up at my home. I am very appreciative to Tri- County lock, they were efficient affordable and great customer service and I was still able to make it to work.

I live in the city of Canton and locked my keys in the car this morning 3/15/19 at about 3AM. I went to Google and called every locksmith company in my area which was 24 hours but, could get no one to come out until after 7AM. I even called a company that was much closer to me (Uniontown) the gentleman at the time ask me what services I needed and when I told him he then told me that, he didn’t come my way. One of our cashiers step outside and had shut the door behind her locking her completely out of our business. We had no way of getting into the location. It was on the weekend at 6 in the morning. We called locksmith and no one answered. Then we found A-Tri-County Lock and called him. He said he would be there in an hour. He came right on time like he said he would. It took him a minute to get the door opened. We were very gracious for his services especially as a business ourselves. The charge was extremely reasonable due to the circumstances and the weekend. It was under 200. I would most definitely recommend this companies services. He was very prompt, friendly, and his service was quick. He takes cash or credit card as well.
