Got stuck in Cleavland with out knowing anyone. Called a few companies but they didn’t sound like someone I want to do business with. 911 locksmith emergency sent a tech that came in less than 10 minutes and was so professional that in a couple of minutes I was back in my car. Tech was super nice and price was affordable. Thanks a lot!!!

These guys are the real deal! They came quickly and were so friendly and comforting in our time of need, true lifesavers. Ben was wonderful ! We had locked ourselves out of our apartment, and couldn't get either door (front or side) open. Ben responded promptly and kept us informed as to how long it would take for him to arrive from his previous job. He was kind and courteous throughout the experience. Our apartment is in an older section of Cleveland Heights, and unfortunately the locks are old and some do not function correctly anymore. Ben gave us options as to the best way for him to gain entry, and then then also examined all 5 locks and made recommendations on which ones work and which need to be replaced. He made a very frustrating situation as pleasant as possible.

Had to call on multiple occasions considering how clumsy I am, and each time Ben was quick to get there, extremely professional, and he actually has great prices comparatively. Honestly, never disappointed. Merely disappointed in myself for losing/forgetting keys but it’s great to know that I always have him to fall back on. 100% best locksmith I’ve dealt with (and I’ve dealt with a lot).
