Absolutely horrible customer service. Was locked out of my house and called around 11:50pm. They said they would be out in 20-40 minutes. An hour and ten minutes later, I called to see where they were. Put me to voicemail both times and ignored my text asking if they were still coming or if I needed to call someone else. Pretty crappy to do to someone that’s locked out late at night.

They are extremely disrespectful. They guy improperly unlocked my door causing my alarm to continually to go off. When I asked if the could fix it the guy keep repeating it will cost money. They guy who unlocked my door improperly was the cause. When I asked them where they are locked so I can get my alarm fixed they said no shop a guy will come to you. They are extremely unprofessional. Never use this location. They are a rip off too. Charged 60 dollars to unlock my doors improperly.

I'd give this place a HALF star if Google allowed it. Came to our office, and BROKE the lock he claimed he fixed, told me the parts for the door are no longer available. I found the parts we need for the door ONLINE at a FRACTION of the $200 charge they hit us with. I was told someone would be here at 4pm, didn't show until after 5pm and made us wait until after 6pm when he claimed he was done. All they want is your money. WORST service I've EVER had. Don't waste your time or money, this place is a JOKE

I agree with everyone else. This guy is a scam and a complete waste of money. Not.only will the key be cut wrong and he doesn't try to even fix it for you. He is rude and obnoxious very disrespectful the way he talks to his customers. Calling us liars and calling us retarded. You never speak to customers that way. Not to mention this guy is a liar told me one thing and here it is a week later and still nothing. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this guy at all. I would take my business elsewhere.

Yea I called this guy for an emergency lockout from my house in the 10 o'clock hour. He told me 30 minutes. Next thing I know, he started sending me straight to voicemail! I waited outside for him all night and guess what?..... He never showed up! Night ended with him saying they were not coming out. By this time it was after 1am! Take 24hour off of your business if you're going to leave ppl hanging like that!!

Lost my keys to my 2004 Chevy blazer. Ended up getting the code from a Chevy dealership and took it to this shop. The guy was nice and gave me 2 keys for the price of one. However once I got home, the keys did not work. I called him and he offered to come out the next day which was awesome. However, he claims that the code I gave him was wrong and flipped out about being called in on a Sunday after he offered. I cross referenced with another locksmith and he told me the code was correct and his cut was not. Once I told him this he flipped out over the phone cussing me out and threatened to charge me for him coming out after he offered. To "fix" his mess up. Do not go to this hack for anything. Doesn't do the job correctly, blames you for his mistake and threatens/cusses at you over the phone. Very unprofessional and obviously awful at what he does.
