Gary came to our rescue when our Cocker Spaniel jumped on the lock switch inside door lock of our RV and locked us out--Gary fixed the problem in a few minutes by picking both locks. I wouldn't have believed it unless I saw it--he was fast and a super nice guy. We were traveling in our RV for a dog show far away from home. 5 STAR RATING!

Called their “24 Hour Emergency” number last night as I had locked not only my keys in the car but also much needed medication. As previous business owners who used them exclusively, I thought I could rely on them. Left my message at around 12:15am. It is now 8:25am and I’m still waiting on my return phone call. Very disappointed.

Locked myself out of a car with an hour to make it to my flight. Made it to the flight on time and had as close to a stress free experience as possible. Rich was very professional and friendly, quick, and didn't leave a single mark on my car. Overall experience when the Smith arrived was 5 minutes. Would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in a similar situation

Professionals. Plain and simple. Years ago, I went there for a last ditch effort to get a specialty motorcycle key copied. Every place in town said they didn't carry the blanks. I walked in the door, held up the key from about ten feet away and the gentleman behind the counter said "oh, is that a late 80s Yamaha?". That was a great sign. they had 3 left on the shelf and cut them for me. I went in to get some copies of a house key after I installed a new electronic lock. since the brand was a bit shady, all of the keys I had cut at walmart would not work at all. The locksmith even used a caliper to set the machine to the custom size to make sure it was right. and they didn't stamp their name into the keys like another place in town does. Glad I know of a reliable, knowledgeable place in town to go for keys and locks.

Called at around 6:30, he said he would be on his way. I check 15 min later to see where their office is and it was under 10min from my location, an addition 20 minutes pass and he shows up. If you are looking for urgent service, go elsewhere.

Was given the number from my apartment company to get into my building, and nobody answered the phone. I was never given the option to leave a message, or told what to do if there is no answer. Not sure you can call yourself a 24 hour service if I can't get a hold of anyone on your 24 hour line.

Had my car unlocked by these guys at night , the young guy that came took over 20 minutes to get my car unlocked! Didn't seem to know what he was doing and also managed to scratch the side of my door up!! Definitely would NOT recommend.

Had a great time with the staff. They were fun and just the right kind of sassy. I offered up my key and they started the work. Couple false starts and the machine was sawing away on my blank. After the key was started to get cut I asked for the cost. Turns out it was DOUBLE the other places I had called. I did protest a bit and the woman had confirmed with the supervisor that it was in fact the price. As I protested he just smiled at me. So, if you want to have fun at twice the price, this is your place.
