We had our keys locked in my truck because we gave them to our babies to play with on the way out to the car, and while we were talking to friends, our baby locked the door. One baby had one set, and the other baby had the spare set: neither babies are old enough to talk, so we couldn't get them to open it. We called Mike because we had heard about how great he was from our friends and that his prices were also the most reasonable, and we got a quote over the phone, but after he unlocked it, he told us to read his card very carefully, and he ended up not even charging us because both of our children had been locked inside. Not only was he great as far as the service goes, but its honestly just nice to know that people like this still exist <3 I will be recommending him in the future without a doubt :-)

Very nice guys and they showed up immediately. I can't recommend them enough. They were immensely helpful and really knew what they were doing. My key was worn down and broke in half, but they were able to duplicate it with no trouble. Definitely call these guys

This guy is great! Really friendly, patient, and kind to customers. I locked my keys in my car and I called around 8:15 to see if he could help me out and I mentioned I had a meeting to be at, at 9:00. He showed up quickly and was able to open my door and I made it to my meeting on time! Highly recommended!!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. These guys are incredible. I've called these guys up twice now and each time the service has gone FAR above and beyond what I would've expected or asked for. They've helped unlock my car, and most recently helped with a jammed up ignition. They always make sure you're taken care of and are more than willing to follow up with you to ensure that happens. Would recommend Mike to anyone. Really wish there were more businesses like this around today.

Mike and Mike were both awesome. We lost our key on Memorisl Day of all days, and they came out to us, figured out our key cut, AND cut the keys right at our car for us. These two were very friendly, and even talked to our inquisitive 5 year old. Their customer service is something sorely lacking in today's business climate. Props to them, and I would recommend them to anyone, and if I ever need a locksmith again, theres noone else I will even consider calling. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Mike and Mike!

Words cannot describe my gratitude to Michael's Locksmith. I got home from working a 12.5 hour day on Christmas day to find my door supposedly locked. None of my keys were working and I had no idea what to do. I called the police to find that they could not help me. I didn't think a locksmith would be available on Christmas day, but Michael's was. I called and told my situation to Michael and first asked how much the service would be. He didn't even want to think of that route before first trying to problem solve with me. He patiently gave his time and expert advice to me for 15 minutes on the phone, trying everything possible. I eventually found out that my door had been stuck due to a screw sticking out and got it open from Michael's advice to shove with all of my might. He not only helped me open my door, he helped me stay calm through a stressful situation. He gave me the absolute best Christmas present I could ask for. Businesses like this are a rare find and I am unbelievably appreciative of the lengths that he took to help me. Do not bring your business to any other locksmith in town. Michael's deserves it and then some.
