Says open 24 hours, I knew better but drove over there anyway. On a Friday at 515PM he unlocked the door, ushered me in and cut my badly needed keys for me! Excellent service, made me feel like I really wasn't putting him out. Store hours are 8-5, just FYI. 24 hour service for emergencies, lock outs etc.... I'll be back again!

Called ahead to make sure they could program my vehicle key, they said no problem. I show up 10 min later and they say some other guy has that programmer but they can try the old one. So I wait 10-15 min while they try and they come back and say it wont work but i can wait about 15 min and the other guy will be back. I say no thanks, I understand things happen but the whole reason I called ahead was to prevent this exact situation. I went to a place 15 blocks away and they took care of it instantly. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is that the people helping me were fairly friendly through the whole process.

Says open 24hrs never answered phone called dispatch and they even said they are open 24hrs and with these people wanting to make excuses I say kick your door open get better and faster service
