I have used Higgins since the early 80's for cars, homes, etc.. he is a UNC fan, but other than that :-) great communication, keeps you posted on ETA, 1 deadbolt install and 3 residential locks re-keyed in less than 1/2 hour after arrival, efficient work and very reasonable pricing..can't beat it!
