Sadly lacking in customer service. They had one customer when I walked in the door and were polite enough to say I'll be with you in a minute. Before that customer left another one walked in. When the first customer was finished the customer that came in after me walked up to the counter, laid down three keys and told the employee what he wanted. The employee immediately started taking care of this customer instead of politely telling him I was there first. I waited a minute and decided if my business wasn't important to him then I would take it elsewhere, and I did. I drove further down the street to Delmus and was taken care of like I mattered to them. I wouldn't go back to this store for any reason.

Great customer service. Very friendly, super helpful staff. Prices beat the dealership hands down. Don't bother going anywhere else, go to the best. This place is the real deal. The place was packed with people waiting and the guy at the counter was like a wizard. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my turn and watched him fix a lock for one and a car remote for another. I gave him a key that I'd been told by another locksmith I won't name couldn't be bought anymore and I'd need a new lock. This guy knew the key immediately and had it in stock. He didn't try to weasel a lock out of me. It was the best $5 I'd spent all week.

Extremely poor customer service. I called about getting replacement transponder key made for vehicle. I was treated like i was bothering them by calling and told they would call back I am so glad I found a different locksmith where my business actually mattered after they didnt call back for over 24 hours. Honestly it has been over 48 hours now and still no call back. What if I would have been stranded. Such business practice is completely unacceptable and will NOT use their service ever in the future, and will refer friends elsewhere if they have needs for a locksmith.

I went there because 2 people recommended me there someone from Cheverlot and someone from Nisaan. I had also recommended 2 other persons. Took one key like a month and a week ago wasn’t cut right because they cut to far In one of the edges he told me to try and get another key and they would cut it for free I did so I took another one like 2 weeks ago wasn’t cut right either but he didn’t tell me it wasn’t cut right, all he told me was the I was all set when he came back from trying the key on the truck which I’m pretty sure it didn’t work! Thing was I didn’t try the new key until I got home and noticed I didn’t work either he still charged me 4 dollars. One key fob was $30 dollars and the other one was $70. I didn’t go back because i was pretty sure I couldn’t do anything about it.

I was unfortunate enough to lose my car keys in Raleigh on a weekend and a Raleigh locksmith charged me $600 to come and make me a key at night. They were the only ones that answered the phone so I had no choice. I wanted to make sure that did not happen again so when I got back home I called around and found this place. I went to their shop and 15 minutes later I was out of there with a duplicate key for a fraction of the cost. I got spare house keys too while there. To say I'm a bit paranoid now is an understatement. They were professional and affordable.

100% satisfied! I lost my house keys and called for a quote to get the locks replaced and the guy that answered recommended having the locks repinned to save money. They charged me a service call $70 plus $11 per lock and threw in the keys for no charge. All locks now work with just one key. That type of service can't be beat.
