I highly recommend A-Access Lock & Key to everyone. One time my wife was at work and I was in charge of the kids. I and out for a second and my son locked the door behind me. I had my iPhone and googled for a locksmith. I tried A-Access and they calmed me down and came rather quickly. After a very short wait they arrived. The main guy, named Teddy was clean cut and reassuring. He was professional and got me back in the house in a jiffy. He was also very reasonable with the price, i didn't feel like he was gouging me due to the situation. Teddy came out today to help us [Pita Pit of Indian Trail] with our mailbox, and we could not be happier with the service we recieved! A-ACCESS Locksmith was the only company who answered their phone, and their service was prompt, honest in estimate, and getting into our mailbox/having a new lock and set of keys made took no time at all! One day, I was washing my car and I realized I left my keys inside the car. My car automatically locks after 30 seconds. Well, needless to say, I was stuck. I called Teddy at A-ACCESS Lock & Key and explained my situation. I first asked if he was licence and insured. He stated that he was and that he would provide his credentials upon arrival. Once he arrived and unlocked my car, Teddy explained further that all locksmiths are supposed to have their licence and credentials visible and available on each call. I told him that any previous locksmith I had used in the part has ever shown me his credentials. I told him that anytime I needed a locksmith from that point forward that he would receive my call. Teddy was courteous, friendly and very professional. I looked him up online and saw that he has been on the local news before. That just solidified my confidence and trust in his ability to provide quality service. Please do not call anyone else, this is the locksmith that you should use!!! Thanks Teddy for everything.

I had an emergency situation at our studio location with a deadbolt that was broke. I was referred to A-Access by a networking connection. Not only did I receive a call immediately but he arrived at our location before I even got there. He was on the way to another call and had a full day's work but came anyway. In the pouring rain, he worked to install a new lock and gave us multiple keys so we wouldn't have to get them made ourselves. He was fair, generous and kind. Excellent service! My 2nd time needing services at our home. Our front door was installed incorrectly which affected the locking of the door. With all this rain, just imagine how annoying it was to have to stand in the rain for 3 minutes trying to unlock ur front door. Anyway, I called Teddy and set up an appointment for assistance. He came and repaired the lock and made new keys on the spot. While he was here we mentioned the bedroom and bathroom doors of the main bedroom had issues as well. He took care of those too.
