THEY JUST SAVED MY NIIIIGHT!!! Stepped out of my house to pick up my food delivery and locked myself out. I’m my PJs, no phone and a bag of White Castle burgers. Crying I went to my neighbors who called my landlord who called these guys. They were at my apt in 20 min. Was in my apt 15 min after that. It was the FIRST DAY OF THE NEW YEAR!!!!I was under the impression, my key was locked in my trunk. My father & I called Volt, and a gentlemen named Idan (hope spelling is correct) was extremely fast getting to the location. Not only was he fast, he got the job done, he was amazing. While he got the job done, my keys were not in the trunk, and I had to drive back upstate for work. Idan recommended I get a new key, which he informed the company could make, and my father and I were shocked. Another gentlemen from the company came, and attempted to make a new car for my car, he was unsuccessful, because his system was down. Did you guys stop there? No, instead you guys called another worker to make the key for me, since their system was working. The worker arrived, and in no time, I had TWO BRAND NEW KEYS FOR MY CAR!!!!!. I was able to drive back upstate, and make it for work with no troubles. This was the best experience I have ever had, and I will recommend ANYONE to this company. I really felt as though the workers were concerned with the job, and not the money. Bravo !

Usually when you call a locksmith they tell you that they should be there in about 15-20 min,which never true! I have been dealing with volt locksmith(ohad) for 2 years now. So my key broke off in the trunk of my car again but I couldn't get it out on my own this time. I keep putting off getting it fixed because it seemed like too much of a hassle. But then when the serviceman showed up he said he couldn't do it. Back to square one and $35 poorer. Avoid these crooks. This company don't just offer reasonable prices for their services, more so they offer quality works and give honor to their words. Not only that, all of their tech is a lock genius! I used their services for the third time, and yesterday was for my security gate with a non-standard double-cylinder deadbolt that is not working properly. The tech came out on time, equipped with his tools and pretty much ready for the job. He worked diligently to determine the problem and fixed it right away. What was amazing was that, he replaced only the necessary parts rather than the whole thing, which saved me a ton of bucks. He even took the time to explain everything to me, and did forget to clean the place after himself. I am very impressed and pleased with the service he had provided. 5-star!

Dan is great and very nice. He worked for about 30-40 minutes to remove a plate and install the lock I already had. It cost $95. The only thing I didn't like is when I called the store, no one wanted to tell me the price even though i explained exactly what needed to be done. They did not give me the price estimate which was stressful because I didn't know if I can pay for it.
