One of the buildings in my condo association had an issue with the main entry locks that needed to be fixed quickly as it was preventing residents from getting to their units. Top Locksmith was able to be onsite within hours of calling to schedule an appointment and arrived exactly when they said they would. The locksmith tech, Alex D, repaired the broken lock quickly and answered all of the random questions I threw at him. He was very knowledgeable and professional. What a great locksmith experience! I had heard so many awful stories about locksmiths, but this was pretty painless. I locked myself out at 1:30AM and he showed up in under 20 minutes. No price gouging, no problems. He got the lock open, I paid the really reasonable fee, and that was that.
