These guys come through! Used them on a few occasions and never had issues with their work. The crew is always going the extra mile to find results. Needed to have a couple cylinders re-done. Prior person had done a terrible job, keys wouldn't work correctly and so on. These guys figured it all out and even let me know how to reinstall them myself. Price was honest, not cheap , but not gauging either. Will do business with again. E & R , you guys rock!

The woman on the phone was extremely kind and helpful explaining step by step what the locksmith will be doing when they arrive at my apartment. The price to help me with opening the door to my locked apartment was not bad at all, especially since they arrived at my apartment to assist me within 20 minutes. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions immediately and thoughly, listing all the possibilities of what could happen when trying to open my lock, as well as suggesting to take a walk down the street to their store so that I could make another set of spare keys - which I definitely did. As far as a stressful and inconvenient experience goes, TeleStar Locksmiths made the entire process quick and painless. I will definitely use them in the future if this ever happens again and will recommend them to anyone in the area who is in need of their services.
