Worst ever. Came to apt to fix lock and did not fix problem. Horrible customer service. Never sent invoice then filed court order to be paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

That Lady LISSA steals your packages from UPS!!!!!!! Let me explain you what happened. I live in 77at area. I wasn't home and I was expecting 3 UPS Package. So the Ups sent the package to my Ups Point: SUPER SECURITY LOCKSMITH 1437 1ST AVE NEW YORK, NY , 10021 , US I picked up one. (Blue make up for a cosplay character) She refused one (A plastic tube to hold posters) and She stole one (Coco Chanel AirPods Cover) On the website (and you can see in the picture I posted) a lady called LISSA (the owner of the store) signed and got my package on Tuesday at 5.29 pm. (The Chanel AirPods cover) So I went the next day to pick it up. As soon I got in in the store, i nicely greeted her and asked her abt my ups package. She didn't even looked at me, and in a very rude attitude, she asked me what was my address. She gave me one of the packages (the make up... I didn't even know that she refused the poster tube, because it appeared on the website later on..) Then I asked her about the other package (The Chanel AirPods Cover) and She just yelled "I dont have it !" And I nicely (again..) showed her the ups website that clearly says "package is at the ups point, signed by Lissa, ready to be picked up by me" she kept yelling that she had nothing, she became so nasty and rude, so I had to leave the store very upset and disappointed. I spoke with different people in the neighborhood and they told confirmed what I think about her. She receive the packages, opens them and sees if she likes the item or not. If she likes it, she steals it. The item that she doesn't want (maybe because they re too big.. or "inconvenient" for her... she refuse them from UPS. This is very upsetting, I contacted both Amazon and Ups and I failed a complaint, they are doing an investigation, and I immediately changed my ups point!!!!! Basically what she did it's a crime!!! You can't steal packages from people and pretend to get away with it!!!! Especially when I have proofs!!!!! What's wrong with people?! I wanted to alert my neighbors about this nasty, crazy lady!!! Please CHANGE YOUR UPS POINT!!!!!

This store is an UPS access point also, any package directed to this store has been refused or stolen by the retailer... To me happened more than two times... at this point I suppose I can really assume they’re untrustworthy and I will be not surprised that people using their locksmith service get thieves in their apartment...

AVOID!!! TERRIBLE People !!!!t They sold me a Medeco cylinder for $100 which I had installed and a few weeks later got locked out of my apartment 2 times the lock was defective. I had to buy another lock which cost me more money. When I. Brought the defective lock and original key back to the store to show the owner that it was defective and I wanted my money back she would not give me a refund. She was extremely nasty and could see the lock was defective!!

I should have walked out when I saw such sour faces on the proprietors’ faces. Negotiated a Key secure MultTLock, paid in cash and the husband shows up to install and he brought the lesser model that anyone could copy the key. I should have cabbed it to the highest rated locksmith ten blocks away. Zero stars
