I called and spoke to Matt who was kind knowledgeable and able to service my mom the same day to do a repair. His price was very fair and I truly appreciate how quickly he responded to our situation. Fantastic service! Matt does great work with a friendly attitude. I called and after a quick chat, he was there in less than 15 minutes. On Thursday, 7/12/18, I moved into my new apartment and randomly googled locksmith in Freeport and Star Gate was the first option to pop up. I did not do any research prior so contacting them was a literal gamble.The customer service from Star Gate was exceptional. We called for services and Matt was our locksmith. He was very patient and informative when offering you options. He doesn't rush and he does very quality work with quality products. The price was great for all the work he did, especially seeing how expensive changing your locks can be. Please use him for your lock needs!!
