Had a great experience here today. The customer service couldn't be better. I didn't have cash but he was extremely nice and willing to make a copy of my key anyway. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I would definitely come back in the future! Please note, their location has changed. It is 2 doors down from the original location and one flight up.

Waited at AAA until they told me they couldn’t make my key. I asked them if they knew of anywhere nearby that could (I was desperately needing a key before I left for the airport), to which they responded “nowhere in midtown.” I pushed a little saying I’m sure someone in midtown could...then dismissively they were like “nope! Go ask your building.” Literally one block over at S & P they could. Now I Have two new sets of keys in mere mins. Do yourself a favor and go to 47th St at S & P Locksmith where they are friendly and fast!

These guys are amazing!! Best locksmith in midtown (if not all of Manhattan) hands down - don't even waste your time or money at AAA. They got here ten minutes after I called (!!) and were extremely pleasant, not to mention affordable. They will be the only locksmith our business uses from now on.

Just bought a home last week and the sellers only gave us 1 key. While we will def change the lock at some point, we other things to focus on first and just needed copies. Home Depot couldn't copy it because it was a special key, but these guys were able to help me out. Best of all, they are super friendly and affordable. I wish they were up in Westchester.
