used low quality parts and did not get the job done. then he stated the job would be completed same day did not happen then he said parts were ordered and would be in Tuesday. Tuesday I get call saying they could order parts and have them ovenighted for additional charge then install the end of the week . This guy does not know what he is doing he might be good for a quick simple job but not electronic locks.

I had a great experience with Sherlocks! I’m usually skeptical of any contractors but Ari immediately put me at ease. I had to replace my locks to secure the apartment from a squatter and he was completely sympathetic to my concerns and took time in explaining things to me and what to expect. He didn’t push any expensive approach to changing out my locks and was extremely thorough. When he was done he wanted to walk me through his work and he even jumped on tightening things up which I didn’t even notice would be an issue. He was by hands down one of the most trust worthy locksmiths I’ve ever worked with. Thank you Ari!

Found this locksmith online, nice that they have a storefront. I've had some bad experiences with locksmiths in the past when it came to being locked out and overcharged and then there is nowhere to confront them. This guy did a professional job installing new locks in my apartment and I have gone into the store a few times to make some duplicates.
