These guys were the first to respond to my email when I needed my mailbox lock and key replaced. They were able to come out the same evening to replace the lock. The job didn't take more than a few minutes to complete. Friendly and competent service. Fairly reasonable fee to come out and do the work ($70 total).

I had just recently moved into a new apartment and lost my key in the first week there. I called them and within the half hour I had a locksmith at my door. He was friendly and fast. He even gave me the cylinder of the lock for when I found the key. And he also sprayed my hinges so it would stop creaking. Price was extremely reasonable. I hope to not need a locksmith again, but if I do, I'm calling them!

In an insanely idiotic and comical fashion I locked my self out of my apartment tonight. Came home from work, threw down bag and keys on counter, turn on the oven so that it will rise to a temperature in which I can cook my dinner, decide that I can actually adult and take out my overflowing recycling while I wait for my oven to heat up. But OF COURSE I get locked outside, while on the inside my oven is steady rising to 450 degrees. And OF COURSE my landlords, who live above me, left in the morning to go out of town. And OF COURSE their two young adults sons, who were left in charge of the property, are not answering their phones on a Friday night. From the time I called to the time Ray arrived was about an hour. The time it took him to get my door open was about 60 seconds. Zero damage. So fast, efficient, AND excellent service! But Ray also did not judge or through any shade on me (which I might have done if the roles were reversed!), he genuinely seemed sympathetic and understanding to my insanely idiotic situation.

I had just moved into a condo that had a different set of keys for each lock. They were not functioning well and I wanted one key for all locks. I messaged Ray through yelp. His responses were swift and precise. There wasn't any BS or false promises. He came and checked my locks. Told me the costs prior to coming and remained the same once he was able to provide an accurate assessment. I had new door knobs and locks for one door and the locks were calibrated to match the other locks so I could use the same key. Ray also secured the face plate on the door and door frame without an additional charge. Great service provided.

The locksmith who came did amazing amazing. They came to my house and repaired the lock for the front door. The upstairs lock was added for my roommates bedroom and needed to drill new while for a new lock that wasn’t there. They cleaned up and left the area very clean. Reasonably priced for the job. Thanks for the ease of service and will definitely be using them in the future

We decided to add a top lock for our apartment door and i have to say this company did a fine job and exceeded my expectations. i contacted them through a google search within less than 30 minutes he was available. completed the job in less that 20 minutes and much cheaper price wise then the competitors I called. the technician was over qualified and was straight up honest with me. if you are in need of a new lock or searching for quality service, reliable people who give you options and not try to kill with prices I strongly recommend this company !!

Based on others' reviews I chose to have Rayan Locksmith come and install new locks in an apartment I've just moved in to. David & I spoke on the phone, he described what he thought would be the best solution, told me the name of the multi-lock (allowing me to search to confirm the price he was quoting was fair), and we scheduled a meeting for the following day. David arrived on time, he explained which locks he was going to put where (I have 2 locks and got a plate to put over the upper lock) for the best safety measure, and once he was done he showed me how to use the multi-lock key and gave me the opportunity to try it a few times myself. David is professional, extremely polite, and did an excellent job.

I had an issue with my front door and wasn't in any kind of a rush. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice and professional, and he said he'd have someone come to my place in an hour and a half. 25 Minutes before his arrival, the locksmith phoned me to let me know that he was on his way. [Nobody ever calls before they're coming and that can be irritating. I was pleasantly surprised when he actually rang.] He was at my house an hour after my original call was placed, exactly 15 minutes after his call. The locksmith was *very* friendly and professional, and I had nothing but trust and confidence in him from the moment I shook his hand. He worked very quickly, with a smile on his face the whole time. He even showed thoughtfulness with my cat, and made sure she couldn't run out while he was working on the door. He was in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes. I definitely recommend Rayan Locksmith!

Seriously a genuine locksmith and good individual. He made a few keys from mailbox, apartment door and even heavyweight keys with easy. The keys work even better then the original. This place will get it done but it's small so you will have to be patient. Quality work.

I'm an owner at a store just around the block from this company and got locked out of shop since I left the key in the store. I called rayan locksmith company and they assured me the wait time will not be long at all. I waited no more than 30 minutes and they helped in getting in as quick as possible. The best place to get anything related to locksmith and keys replacements. if they dont have it in stock they offer to order it. The prices are fair, lower than another place i called. Cant say enough good things about the fast service even for long distances.. i chose them because prices were cheaper and very easy to deal with. I got some valuable advice about further securing my place with security cameras. the work was complete in 30 minutes.. right in time for me to be leaving. I ended up getting a high grade lock and leaving that night feeling my place was secured. I wish i remembered the name of the locksmith who came out and did the labor. I will definitely call back for future locksmith purchases.

I had a padlock that malfunctioned on me and would not open, so called around a few locksmiths in chelsea to get a few quotes and see what it would cost to get my lock open/cut off..etc....and the quotes ranged from $ 70 from this locksmith , to $ 150 at another company, and another locksmith company I called refused to even give me a quote! So decided to go with Rayan. The technician came right on time, was very professional and friendly. He started to go to work on my lock...he finally got the thing off after about 25 minutes of vigorously trying every method to open it. Fee was just as quoted. I was very happy with all aspects of the service from Rayan Locksmith, and I highly recommend them if you ever need a locksmith in the Chelsea area.

I got locked out of my apartment for the 2nd time in a week because I'm an idiot. After a bad experience with another locksmith, I called Rayan Locksmith to give them a shot. They were extremely friendly and they arrived quickly. They quoted me a flat rate over the phone, unlike most locksmith who bait you in with a cheap price and then charge you more when they show up. I was into my place within 5 minutes, and they even gave me a some advice to help keep me from locking myself out again. Very professional and reasonably priced.

So many people attend my elderly mom as she is disabled. We dont know who does and who doesn’t have a copy of her apartment keys and I do not feel its secured.
