These guys are clowns called four times and all four times they promised they would get back to me no one ever did. I used Master Auto out of flushing they came within 20 minutes don’t waste time with these guys

The worst Locksmith service I ever experienced . . . a nightmare !!!! They lie, they don't show up on time . . . They were an hour and a half LATE . . . and it would been worse . . . I kept calling them and calling them . . . and they said just another 20 minutes . . . then some guy showed up and told me that what I was told on the phone was a lie . . . WD40 would not fix the lock. These company wanted to charge me $125 service call .. . . there was no service . . . telling me their office lied . . is NOT A SERVICE CALL . . I refused to pay . . and gave the guy a tip for telling me the truth. DO NOT CALL QUEENS AUTO LOCKSMITH . . . THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF !!!!!

Called Queens Auto Locksmith today which is a Sunday. My mom locked herself out of her X5, no damage to the car and they unlocked the car and processed my credit card in less than 2 minutes lol! Had to wait about 35 minutes for them to show but was told ahead of time it would be a 35 minute to 45 minute wait. Thanks again for showing up guys!!

I was at queens center mall thanksgiving eve shopping some early black Friday deals. When I went to leave, the key broke off in my ignition. I googled local locksmith and I called queens auto locksmith. The guy was here in less than 25 minutes. He took the key out right away and charged me a fair price. Thank you for saving the day

Still waiting on my tech to show up. I called at 5:30 AM, was assured I would be helped "within the hour" I called every hour on the hour thereafter. At 730am he said the tech was finishing up a job and I would be next. At 830 AM, I called twice, only to be hung up on, as soon as the phone was answered. It's now 11 am and no one has called and no one came. Thanks to another locksmith service for popping my truck open. A 10 min job I was willing to pay $325, due to early hours, so I could go to work. Don't waste your time calling for an emergency, because you're not going to be treated like you matter.

I needed a spare key for my 2016 Nissan Altima I just bought from the dealer. The dealer I bought it from quoted me $150 less than Ray at queens auto lock. He came right to my house and created the key in my driveway. He was polite and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Queens Auto Locksmith got me out of a serious bind that I thought I'd be stranded a lot longer in. Thanks to them, I was still able to make It back home in time to be with my kids. I thought I would have to call my sister to go over to my house and watch them for me but everything worked out because of the urgency displayed by Queens Auto Locksmith!

I called another service called queens autolocksmith and they said it’s $85. This shady looking guy in an old red mini van arrives. I called this company and it was $95. I told both of these companies the location of mybcar and I was assuming queens auto locksmith sent their guy out to me cause I didn’t tell the second company to come. This shady looking guy in a red minivan comes and says it’s $85 for the service and $60 to open but he said he’ll knock it to $120. Taking advantage of my desperate situation, he charged me $120. When I called queens auto locksmith to ask why did they tell me $85 when the guy charged me $120, the guy said he never sent a guy out. The only company that knew my car address was this company and queens auto locksmith. So in concluson, locksmith queens intervened and sent one of their guy out to me and overcharged me and was making trying to make themselves look like they were from queens autolocksmith. Watch out for the short sticky white Caucasian guy in a red mini van cause he’s a scammer.

My daughter and son were playing tag in the house. One of them ended up locking one of the doors and it got stuck. I called Queens Auto Locksmith to take care of the problem. They were able to do so in a reasonable time frame. Happy to recommend them to anyone in need!
