I was locked out of my apt late night and was looking for locksmith, I called few places that I found on line and this company responded immediately. The technician came within less than an hour, he was very friendly and provided a lot of information. He was professional and efficient and his prices was more than fair! I would definitely recommend them again.

This was for a lockout. Typical NYC Locksmith scams: they send an idiot with a drill who'll fondle your lock with a screw driver before saying "ey brother its busted i gotta drill your lock that'll be $400" Look it up, tyical scamsters. Guy didn't even bring a shim to a job I specifically requested a shim on. Jokes! Edit: Owner of the company, Joshua, calls me at 10:30 at night telling me that I "better" change my review. According to him, the man they sent was a "freelancer" gone wrong. He did not offer any recompense or take responsibility. How is that suppsoed to win a customer over? Here's my take as someone who's worked in a customer facing job for years: all you need to do is be polite, hospitable, and offer a heartfelt apology withour expecting anything of a customer that was unsatisfied! It's called the free market -- welcome to new york!
