George was so gracious and felt very safe especially since it was late at night. I recommend him anywhere in NYC, he’s worth the wait if you’re far off, I had a guy come a hour before him who tried to charge me $225 after telling me over the phone that it’s $15 fee + $60 & UP, and the website said max $150, so when you here that, just hang up.. George on the other hand charged me $139 and it took 2 minutes. He does process the card prior to investing his time to ensure his service. No gaming or trying to open the lock and needing to drill it out etc.. a stand up guy. Great service George! My neighbors also thought he was great! My only regret is I couldn’t tip him bigger with cash! Thank you George!

These guys know locks. I called them after a neighborhood locksmith told me I had to replace my door lock, which was only a couple of years old. I couldn’t believe it. Pop-A-Lock came the same day I called and fixed my lock and said nothing about having to replace it. I spent less than a third of what the first guy wanted.

My boyfriend lost his car key late on a Friday night and needed to move his truck early in the morning before it was towed. After calling around we had no luck and the prices for a key replacement with a chip was out of this world. A lot of places refer you out to a vendor, they lack communication, service sucks, and they make up the price because of the position you are in - completely taking advantage of you. Fortunately, we found Pop-A-Lock, we spoke to George directly - he is so nice! He came an hour earlier than estimated which was great since we needed to move the car before some street festival and his prices are fair especially for the chip keys. We are grateful for his urgency and professionalism. He got us moving right on time - NYPD tow trucks pulled up as we finalized the bill. Thanks George!!!

Great experience with Pop-a-Lock and highly recommend them! I was cheated by the last guy I used who installed a lock on my store’s door that stripped after only 2 years of use. They installed a high quality lock that allows me to change the key every time an employee quits. Pricing was very reasonable.
