While I suppose we should be wary of companies that attempt to charge as much as they can, my experience with NY NU was totally pleasant. I was told when the locksmith comes, he will tell you what needs to be done. If you choose not t use us, the charge will be $19.95. Locksmith arrived in 10 minutes. Took apart the lock and said it was fine. Just needed an adjustment. $20. Alon was nice, efficient and honest, and we added a tip to show our appreciation. If I was stuck in bind again, I would certainly call them.

I called NY NU to get my lock changed. They came within 15mn and did a great job. They installed the deadbolt on top and a cylinder in the bottom and made it work with the same key. NU thank you for a great job!

I give 5 stars for the service but 2 for the price so I went in the middle with 3 stars. Service was super quick and efficient but drilling my lock and replacing a cylinder was $400!!??? I was beside myself when I heard that price but had no choice but to pay it.

This place is a ripoff!! They told me it would only cost $295 to fix/replace my lock, then they charged me $767!! Also there’s no prices on the site, so clearly they’re trying to scam you. Please look elsewhere for a locksmith! Other than that, they are very friendly people - they just completely scammed me.
