I was locked out of the home I was dog sitting for in the middle of the night without my phone and WITH the dog. The team at Nolita Locksmith came to rescue me in 20 minutes. Not only were they able to get me into the home (which had a high-security jammed lock), but he also installed me a new lock for free out of kindness when I told him that I was worried to make a new lock/cost decision for the home owners (who are currently out of the country). I am floored and totally blown away by the level of customer service and kindness shown to me in the middle of the night by a stranger. Thank you Kevin and team for rescuing me. Coming back to Lower East Side Manhattan, from Thanksgiving break and a short vacation in Canada, I came back to my bedroom door being locked out! I did not have a spare key laying around, and rest assured Nolita Locksmith was able to successfully drill threw the TOUGH lock with NO damage to the door or fancy wood-frame. The door knob was replaced with an even better door knob/lock at a fantastic price. I highly recommend this lock smith, as they are extremely honest, professional, and efficient!

Turns out my building has some really tough locks, but they were able to open the door and replace my lock in no time.
