Literally the best experience that I have ever had at any hardware store and I have been in several times now at this point. This place manages to be a mom and pop style in the middle of mid-town. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and make you feel like their priority. I have had keys made, picked up random hardware supplies for home and even went in once because my sandal broke and I was looking for a temporary fix. The guys there located the correct glue and fixed it for me on the spot. Sincerely the nicest people, like family, I cannot say enough good things about them. A gem in NYC!

Space is small, but they have an amazing selection, and their service is fantastic. They'll listen to whatever stupid situation you've gotten yourself into and help you find a solution.

I was at the hardware store looking for help with a connector to a portable washing machine inlet pipe. Before this I had already spent a fair bit of time at the Home Depot but they weren't even half as helpful. The older gentleman there spent around 15 to 20 minutes with me trying out different fittings based on the inlet pipe and faucet connector. He was able to resolve my problem and the prices seemed very fair. This is going to be my go to hardware store for all issues from now on! Highly recommend!!!

I came into this shop to duplicate keys. The employees were all very friendly and helped me right away. The man at the counter was very nice and funny and joked with me. I made 2 copies and it took less than 5 minutes and cost $10. I noticed this store had tons of tools and paint etc. I will definitely come back if I ever need any hardware or keys made.

Have brought them several sets of keys to duplicate and they have made it happen every time. The keys vary in price from $2.50 to $9 per key. They are friendly and seem to have a nice stock of stuff for business and residential.

We visited New York City about 3 weeks ago from Florida and I had my CPAP breathing machine stopped working because of fault in the power supply and it was hard to sleep without a working machine the day before and I found the store on the internet near our hotel , and as we walked in the store, me and my family we were welcomed by a very friendly young lady who started to help us with a nice smile then her father joined us with a welcoming heart with a compassion for my problem and they didn't stop until they made the machine works and they didn't accept any money and it was the best memory we got from New York city, and we went back the next day to take a picture with them as we forgot to do that the day before and when we will visit NY city again we will make sure to visit them again, they are a very good presentation of the good people of New York.
