Metro locksmith really saved the day last night. I got lockoed out of my apartment in brooklyn. Found metro on Google and called because of all the 5 star reviews. Ben picked up the phone, and was so friendly and calm the entire time. Long story short, Nick showed up shortly after my phone call to Ben and got my door open without damaging my lock and for the quoted price. Hoping to never use these guys again, but if i must, i will use metro locksmith again in a heart beat.

Ben thoroughly explained the different lock options. What I originally wanted would not work with my door, so he suggested something else that ended up being cheaper. He did not even have to go back to his truck! I needed 2 extra keys, which he made for me quickly in his truck and did not charge me. Will definitely use again if necessary!

We live on the upper east side, last Sunday we have lost our apartment key. We called numerous security and locksmith service and none of them gave us flat price over the phone. I called Metro Locksmith when my sons bike lock was jammed one evening and he was stuck on the upper west side. I sent him a picture and he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. He even told me the best way to get the lock open on my own. Which worked!! He was very knowledgeable with Master locks and with his help I was finally able to get the bike lock open. He was very honest and could have easily charged me to come out to break the lock without even offering his advice. I appreciate Metro Locksmiths help, his honesty, and integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Metro Locksmith again if I’m in a jam. His willingness to not only help and come out if need be but the fact that he took the time out in the evening to assist. I have never considered myself to be a space person, but recently a series of circumstances led me to get locked in my apartment and out of my apartment in one day. I was locked in due to a faulty door handle and locked out because once a new door handle was installed, I forgot to add the new key to my key chain. It was a nightmare day. But, amidst this nightmare, Metro Locksmith was amazing. First, EZ came in the morning and couldn't have been kinder. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing as he did it and got out with enough time for me to make it to work for my meeting. Then, that very evening, the business owner, Ben, came by to let me into my place. He came within 25 minutes of calling him, offered an extremely fair price and didn't make me feel like an moron for screwing up twice in one day. They are seriously the best! Plus, they both took to my cat who knows good people when she sees them. If you need a locksmith, you need Metro.

Quick and reliable! I came home late and realized I had forgotten my key. My roommate had just moved out so I called and they arrived super fast despite the time. The guy was really nice and the price was very reasonable (they told me the cost upfront on the phone and the guy didn’t try to raise it after the fact like some do). If I get stuck like this again I’ll know who to call (although hopefully I’ll be more mindful about where my stuff is from now on)!
