M&D is the only locksmith business that I trust -- and I've used many different businesses around Brooklyn, to help with unlocking rooms I've been locked out of, installing new locks and securing front doors. When I called, I was in a state of panic. The lovely woman who answered the phone assured me she'd help resolve my situation. She was so kind and helpful from the very start. Joey the locksmith, with M&D, arrived in fewer than 30 minutes! And he introduced himself, asked about the lock, and got to work right away. He was able to fix my door really fast, and charged me a fair price which I was more than happy to pay for his time and efficient work. On his way out, he gave me some suggestions on how to preventing the doors from auto-locking, and offered to come back that night if I had any more issues. I've been ripped off so many times by locksmiths that I assumed the industry overall was corrupt. For most of us, when you're calling a locksmith for help, it's not because we need a check-up. It's because of an emergency. And we're at the mercy of the guy who shows up at your door. NOT M&D. It is an honest business with kind, considerate staff who treats customers with respect and integrity -- and understand that the situation you're in is important and everything they do supports their desire want to help.
