Drop the only key of my Toyota van down the storm drain. Call many locksmiths and these guys are the only ones that sound legit. My neighbors recommended going to this locksmith located in a small neighborhood shop on Ave X off of Ocean Ave. Sam is very knowledgeable and cut my Lexus emergency keys from my blanks and original very quickly. They do it quickly and inexpensively on a special machine that laser sees the original and router cuts the blanks. I was quoted $100 in Allentown, PA and at JAM I was charged one-fourth that price. Both cut keys work perfectly in the car, as well if not better than my original key. Jerry is the Owner and with Sam both are very astute at this guild. Highly recommended!

You may recall that my wife, the lovely and talented Arlyne, and I visited your locksmith shop on Avenue X, in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. Nervous old dude broke the glass chip that is inside the plastic draw of Sprinter key, at first he said it was too tight to open and he broke it by applying to much pressure but then he got defensive and claimed it was broken already . I didn’t blame him though, damage was done already (( He suggested me his boy at ave M for new keys at $375, set me up for a good $500 plus tow!!Would not suggest this place to People who happen to use transponder keys from Mercedes and late model vehicle .

Terrible customer service and ridiculously inflated prices for all services. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only this shop inflates prices, but, if you tell them that another shop is willing to provide the same service for a much cheaper price, the shop owner would call the competitor and fight about providing their customers lower prices. Avoid this shop if you like your money and your respect.

The service was perfect! I came to reprogram my Nissan Rogue smart key. The original one was lost so I got the new one over the internet. The key was of a poor quality and the reprogramming did not work. So, i was offered a new key for a very dissent price and it works like a charm! I have been to Jerry's place over 100 times . I'm going there for 30 yrs. He is the locksmith guru and no one is better . He is the car key king as any other locksmith in bklyn . They all say oh no go to Jerry ( JAM) he has everything . Hes busy for a reason . Honest and great prices. If I was the only locksmith in the world who can do certain cars I would charge a premium and he doesnt. If he or his son cant do something than noone can . Trust him with your life I know I do. Cant wait to need another key and shoot the breeze with Jerry and his son. Thanks today guys my 1990 Cadillac started like brand new . Bought a keyfob and key in to be programmed they claimed they done plenty of these cars well they didn't and cost me beside the 80 dollar they made making the key and programming the key fob 125 more at the chevy dealer to reprogram my whole truck because they didnt do it correctly call them back and there excuse was a bad chip in the after market key i purchased elsewhere well it wasn't the key because after reprogramming at truck at the dealer the anti alarm light in dash is off and all keys and fobs work keep the 80 you made im guessing you need it that bad i belive it will come around in karma for you

Some time ago I was passing through and came across J.A.M. Allsafe and Secure on Ave X. I had broken a key inside one of my locks and stepped inside their store to ask questions. Jerry was nice enough to answer my questions and give me a card. Fast forward some months later, I gave Jerry a call. He was on time and very professional. He gave me an education on the different types of locks, and did a perfect job at the house. He knew exactly what he was doing, and I trusted him completely. We wished each other a very Happy Thanksgiving, and he head out to the next job. I highly recommend J.A.M. to anyone looking for a great family oriented Locksmith who knows their trade very well and can even teach you a thing or two.. You won't be disappointed.

There are few experiences more exasperating than your keys working the way they're supposed to work, but your apartment door can't be pushed open! Not even after repeated efforts! Tonight, my daughter endured that experience, and couldn't enter her apartment. I decided to try calling J.A.M. Allsafe & Secure, because it's in the neighborhood. J.A.M.'s owner took my after-hours call. He patiently questioned me about the design of the door and the locks, and then suggested a technique to possibly overcome the problem. The door opened! And there was no charge! J.A.M. is the only locksmith we will ever need, and J.A.M. is the only locksmith we will ever recommend to friends and neighbors!

This is the best locksmith I've ever used. Every key they've duplicated has always worked perfectly. When I lost one of three wireless key fobs for my car, they calibrated a new one and then perfectly re-calibrated the other two to match the new one. The owner and his assistant are cordial, but they can be busy with several customers waiting, so they may be unable to engage with you in extended chit-chat. I would describe their customer service as friendly, efficient, and effective.

Over the years my father has come to this place to get duplicate car keys made, and he has referred other family members here also. When I lost the duplicate key to my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder and Nissan wanted to charge $400+ to replace it, my dad brought me here. They were great!!! I have brought in 3 different car keys so far to get copied all 3 worked great. The 3rd one had a 92 vw golf I was only able to get the door lock cylinder as we had no key for the car at all. I had my nephew drop the key off at JAM and all of a sudden I get a phone call informing me that the key was damaged but they will make 2 to make up for the one I brought in. As someone who works on cars every day I know things go wrong from time to time but you know a true professional by how things get handled during the bad times. They were fair and courteous.
