Last night I locked myself out of my apartment for probably the hundredth time. I called Gotham Locksmiths for the first time after seeing their excellent reviews.. Their technician, Michael, arrived in less than 20 minutes, opened my door for a great price and didn't cause any damage to the lock. It didn’t hurt that he also happened to be very good looking

Very happy with the service I received. The booking process was very easy (online) and service was on-time with prompt responses to my questions. My door was a bit more trickier than the average situation but Gotham tried various approaches to get it on right - very thorough and appreciated the extra effort to address my lock issues.

Fast service, good prices. I changed the top and bottom cylinders in my apartment door, mainly because I didn't want anyone to have the keys. Gotham locks gave me a free estimate and eventually did the job for me as well. Very nice people, good work.

Incredibly satisfied with this locksmith service. I called to discuss possibly changing 3 locks and they sent over a technician (same day) that showed me several options at various security levels. I chose 3 locks and he finished the whole job within less than an hour. The price was great, but I was mainly impressed with the level of customer service and communication. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Lost my keys and got locked out of my apartment at the middle of the night. Thankfully, they sent a tech (I think his name was John) that opened the door for me and changed my cylinder, all for a very reasonable price. I'll use them again for sure if needed, hopefully I won't lose my keys again!

Wow! Absolutely amazing experince with this locksmith. I had 5 old locks that basically stopped working one after the other, so I started shopping around for a locksmith that can replace them. After receiving several quotes I found Gotham Locksmiths, and not only did they give me the best price, their technician came at the same day, changed all 5 to a much better brand and made me feel like I was dealing with a true professional. I called them after being locked out of my apartment. The locksmith came quickly and managed to open my door fast and without damaging the lock. I eventually asked them to replace my cylinder and they installed a high security cylinder for me (Mul-t-lock) for a great price. Super impressed with this company!
