They responded quickly and did the job well but I ended up paying over $200 when I was quoted for $60. That’s really upsetting given that it took the tech about 5 mins to open my door with a pair of air pumps. All this after giving a whole speech about how difficult it may be to get it open and how other places would want to drill a hole. I feel like I was ripped off.

I needed a rekey for some new locks in my house. The first company I called which was expo locksmith answered immediately and were very nice over the phone. They gave me a starting price and told me it would be between these two prices. They told me they would arrive in 30 minutes and they actually did. I was pleased with their service.

Considering I’m not from New York I was put in a pretty bad situation. I was visiting my friend that had moved to New York and I got a rental car. When I figured out that I had lost the keys for the rental car I had a mini panic attack. But once I called the locksmith company they calmed me down and took care of me. Made me a new key all with very pleasant attitude for a rainy day like it was.

I had my bike lock fixed. I left it over night locked up and someone tried to break it unfortunately. I had a technician come out and fix it for me. We made an appt he got there on time and didn’t charge me to much. They deserve 5 stars.

I am actually very pleased with there service. I’ve had some bad experiences with previous locksmiths. They always try to screw you over and take an extreme amount of money from you. However expo locksmith is much different then your average locksmith. They make you feel safe and secure, they don’t try to overcharge you, and most importantly they just want positive customer service which I think is really important in a successful company.
