2 months ago I went away for a few days, after a long ride on the train, I got home . Impossible to get into my apartment. I was tired and frustrated. I soon realized that I accidentally locked my door and it was blocked. I tried to open it with the help of my neighbor, we forced so hard that the key broke inside the lock. It was late Saturday afternoon. My neighbor gave me Mike's number. I reached out to Mike and he came within 15 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation. The whole system needed to be changed. Mike efficiently made the replacement, he worked with professionalism and was very courteous. Mike gave me a good price. He is honest, professional, efficient, you can count on him to deliver a good job. I was very satisfied with the service Mike provided to me and I will definitely call him again in case of an emergency. I would highly recommend Mike to my family and friends.
