I accidentally just ended up on this page and realized I've been here and was very happy with their service but I never wrote a review for this place! Better late than never. I came here when they first opened up after spotting them walking out of the barbershop next door one day. I needed spares for my apartment & I have this old school key that nobody at Home Depot or a couple other different locksmiths could cut properly! I must have tried like 5 different spots! Anyway, not sure of the gentleman's name who helped me but apart from being super nice he did such an awesome job and told me if there was any issues just to come back. I'm happy to report that I've had no issues!

Time is always important to me since I am always traveling from one place to another. I am renting this apartment for a month or so for business purposes and it seems that the key the landlord provided isnt exactly unlocking the door properly. I always seem to struggle to open the door, i found Delancy's number online and maybe get an answer from them since my landlord was out of reach for the day. obviously the problem is either the key or the lock so they sent someone to look at the situation. Mike was at the scene 2 hours after i requested for them to show up. he was able to fix the situation and didn't charge me a lot. Great service mike!

Very reasonable rates. Got a brand new bedroom lock replaced for only 70 bucks. Another lower east side locksmith I called was charging double that. only took 10 minutes too which is crazy. friendly and professional store owner. I highly recommend you get your keys here.

The keys were duplicated in no time and they were definitely inexpensive compared to other places I've been to. Don't go anywhere else, especially if you live in the area.
