Sp I purchased a house a little over a year ago, and it had a beautiful shed in the yard. The previous owners, I believed, either lost the key, or neglected to leave it, but I now learned, the lock was rusted and a key wouldn't have worked. Nevertheless, I had to take the entire T-handle off of the shed, so Bob could make a new key, but I had no idea how. He had me email pics, told me what tool I needed to purchase from my local hardware store, and even walked me through the process of removing the handle. When I got to Bob's, we realized that I needed a whole new T-handle, so he measured it against the old one to make sure it would fit, and it did. Without Bob's help, I would still have an unsecured shed. Thank you Bob!

These guys are great. My car was done quickly and the job was done right. They used a genuine Ford blank and programmed it to the car. Beware of non oe blanks and people who want to clone the key. It's not the right way to do the job and can lead to problems later on.

This place is the old fashioned store front that knows how to treat a customer. Walked in for a padlock key I needed 5 copies made. Not Successful at either True Value or Ace hardware b4 hand. Victory blvd location was out of stock could have it the next day, I needed it today he calls other location and confirmed key stock. Heartland Plaza location man is a total gentleman makes the keys lunes the lock removes some surface rust off the lock. Checks all 5 keys and was totally a friendly nice guy, refreshing in this day in age of remote customer service. Support this local business they deserve it. Hb

I went to Bob's locksmith to get a car key made of my truck because a dealership gave me the run around for 2 weeks it took no more then 15 minutes for him to make a key and program the key. I’m gonna make this short and sweet at Bob’s locksmith John the guy that works there with his father-in-law they are the greatest people ever want to meet very friendly very very hard-working I will highly recommend them never in my life have I ever been treated with so much respect and kindness. John Worked on my car because my car keys were lost he found the correct ones he worked on it so hard for two hours to figure out how to make me happy and you want to know what at the end of the day he could’ve charged me $500 and he didn’t he charged me $190 and programmed my other remote and refused to take a tip that goes to show That we need to support the mom-and-pop shops because they work the hardest and they were very honest great job guys will have all my business and I’ll tell all my friends

Have to say the best service I have ever dealt with, I drive an infinity Q series went to Nissan and they told me the key replacement will cost $465 and $80 for the service change. They also told me a week to two weeks. I work at the island went into Bobs and heard about them so I gave them a try I work in sales so this wasn’t a selling scam this was the real deal. They told me 24hrs and they charged me $200 less then what Nissan would do for me and on top of all the savings the people are fantastic amazingly friendly. I don’t write reviews but today I had to a big shout to the business and to Mike for all the assistance fast friendly cheap you can’t beat this. Mike and bobs locksmith thank you again and I had a good time. THANK YOU GUYS

Hey, it's a locksmith. Not exciting as far as I'm concerned. I've been here a few times. The young man at the counter made a key for me. He let me leave without paying because he wanted to make sure the key worked. I came back another day of course to pay him but I thought that was really nice. I'd go there again.

I had to replace a lock and needed a specific one. I had went to another locksmith and they weren't open(I was there at 9:05am and they were supposed to be open at 9am). I left that place and went to Bob's. That was the best thing I did. Spoke with Mike prior to coming in but when I actually met him, it was like meeting an old friend. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about all the products in the showroom. He explained the mechanics and how they function. The main thing that stuck with me was that he wasn't trying to push product on me that I wasn't looking to buy. Mike stuck with the issue at hand and explained to me how to install the new lock. First walk-in locksmith I've seen that will make tabular key. I needed an ignition key for my Harley and they ran me off 3 w no problem at all. Other places wanted to take my key and send it to Harley. I could do that crap myself. Bob's is one stop shop if ya ride. They're got everything from chain to cable locks.
