I went to Billy's on thanksgiving day. I had lost my one and only car key and needed to have one made. They were very patient and honestly spent about 45 minutes trying to solve the problem without drilling into my ignition. And when they finally got it fixed they did not charge me a cent. One of the few locksmiths were you can usually get what your looking for. Has a large key selection, the only place you should go on the Greenpoint / Williamsburg area. Been in busy over 30 yrs !!!

Rude. They don't want business with the way they pick up calls. Asked for a quote on installing a deadbolt and then said I would get back to them, they hung up super fast.

Great, fast service!!! My partner lost her bike lock keys. Anthony was onsite within half an hour of calling. He was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Very nice and knew lots about the neighborhood. I've never had a locksmith show up so fast or not be grumpy.

Excellent customer service and quality products. I bought a multi-point lock from Billy's which I had trouble installing into a steal door. I called them up and 15 minutes later the technician Craig was at my place to install. Very professional, technical and courteous. Even helped vacuum afterwards! Definitely recommend A+++++
