Love these guys. I'm a commercial property manager and I use them from the smallest jobs to the biggest and they always come through. Professional, punctual, and personable, I know what bad pricing is, and it ain't these guys. Gabe, Thomas, Allen, Melham, and any I'm forgetting all do what they do well. I waited a few weeks for my order, said it shipped and was enroute. Then they refunded and cancelled my order out of nowhere. Very unreliable and zero customer service help - pretty rude actually as they give short answers and unaccommodating.

The service is not only great, but the idea's to solve problems are very inventive. For example, Gabrielle saved that building thousands of dollars by propping up a freight elevator door, and applying file work, instead of digging concrete and replacing a door sash. Angel can be timed with a stopwatch in removing broken keys.

Didn’t have a variety of blank key options (colors or design to distinguish similar keys) but they did the job quick. I got an ilco key duplicated for around $6. I would recommend to call ahead to make sure the store is open.

Ordered a few Mul-T-Lock MT5+ keys. Turn around time was good. It took less than a week from the time that I placed the order, sent the duplication card in, and got the cut keys back. Unfortunately, their key cutting machine just happened to be out of adjustments and two of the three keys didn't work right. I called them, and they were quick to make things right. They sent me a shipping label to send my duplication card in and cut the replacement keys quickly. Mistakes happen, but it's always more telling how a business deals with mistakes.
