I've used Al twice. First time, Walked in with a car key that had broken off the transmitter and walked out 5 minutes later with working replacement key - and having only spent $ versus others who had quoted me $$ for the same! Second time, I went in with a transmitter I bought off Ebay (which was actually not the right one for my car) - Al instead of trying to sell me a new transmitter, retrofitted the ebay transmitter so it would work for my car - saving me $$! Thanks - I will definitely bookmark you for any future car key / transmitter related needs

This place is great. Al cut and programmed replacement keys for my car, explained the whole process, and walked me through what he was doing. Great guy, very quick and professional. He’s the worst. My key broke after a week of my second visit (the trunk didn’t open and he didn’t check all buttons to see if it opened)? He programmed a new one. This one opened and the chip fell out onto the street somewhere. He says i need to buy a new one and the key wasn’t faulty. Maybe it needed a screw. But still expects me to pay him another $140! The key should have never opened in the first place.

Completely unprofessional glad I didn’t use their service. Called this morning to see how much they will charge for a car key original copy quote was for 355 said not thank you. Texted me back said they would do it for 300 once again I said no thank you I found a place for $190. His response was as follows; 190.hahahaha.chinese keys Good luck

Had an amazing experience with this gentleman yesterday and today! Came to my car right away and got me sorted out. Then today he was able to fully fix my ignition cylinder with no problems. He even took the time to educate me on what the problem was. Very professional and a good guy. He genuinely wants to help people and it shows. Do yourself a favor and call Al first!

Very unprofessional doesn't open shop as described . The owner comes to work whenever they feel like it. Ran back and fourth to the store trying to get services. The store was closed earlier then expected twice. AVOID AT ALL COST!
