Three times!!!. (That four star rating must be bogus) Twice I called and made an appointment and nobody showed or called up. Called at 11am today and I just got a call at 350pm with an excuse asking me if I want to reschedule. What??? No thanks. I scheduled for somebody else to come and decided to give these guys a second shot as a back-up and guess what once again no call no show. Very unprofessional. Thank God they were just a back up.

Highly recommend these guys! Used them for a client who needed some sturdy locks put on his studio. They were reasonably priced, great with communication, and were flexible when we had to move the appointment a couple times. I especially want to recognize Tony in the service department. Most of my phone calls were with him, and he's so friendly. Richie came out to take the measurements and do the work, and my client was very pleased.

UNPROFESSIONAL CHEATS. A man told me $100 on the phone but ended up charging me $175 for simply drilling a hole through the cylinder -- saying that it was "very hard" to do. After he left and I went inside the apartment, I observed that the inner lock was in such a position that he did not need to drill a hole. He could have opened it with his other tools. THIEVES.

I must say All Brooklyn Locksmith was not the first company I called when I was locked out of my car. When the first locksmith came, they were over an hour late and the guy came in an unmarked car and only brought an slim jim and looked very unsure. Since I have a 2014 Lexus I didn't want to take any chances with damage to my car. I googled 'brooklyn locksmith' on my phone and All brooklyn Locksmith came up. A guy named George came within 45 minutes and reassured me he can open my car with no damage. He opened my car within minutes and the price was reasonable! He was very professional. I even called All Brooklyn Locksmith to change the locks in my new apartment. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend them!
