GO THERE! I have never written a review before. I always believed that if you provided good/bad service the market will take care of it. either you get repeat customers or don't, you business goes up or down. No need for outside influence. But WOW, they fixed a key for me that others told me could not be fixed. Truly exceptional, I hope this place never closes!

If you’re in Astoria, don’t waste your time with those automatic key cutting kiosks. Go to Admiral- they will cut your keys for a better price and more importantly, accurately (comparison: 1 out of 4 worked from a kiosk, all of my keys worked when I went to Admiral). They’ve been around for 67 something years and I get it. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service. I was able to get a set of specialty keys made in under 5 minutes. They also carried a variety of key tags and chains so I can mark the keys right there and not get things mixed up. The cut was precise and much better than those key me kiosks can do. Nothing beats a real locksmith at their craft. This is true customer service.

So, I just moved into an apartment in Astoria. I needed a new lock installed and new keys made. After a quick google search I found Admiral Lock and Key Co. I called them up and the lady who answered the phone, Roz was very nice and knowledgable. The locksmith got to me at the time he said he would be there. He was professional and courteous. I felt the price was right. When I went in to have my keys made, it was very nice to meet Roz, she made my keys and they all work. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again and again!

so i just called this place today to get a quote the person who i spoke with was quite rude. when i was trying to talk and explain what i was trying to get he stop me and said you gonna let me speak? there is a saying the customer is always right and before i can even do business with this place he was out of line. perhaps today is not a good day for him but that is no excuse I can not say if hes good or not but for someone to act like that is rude and not respectful i will not do business with this place
