After contacting and talking to so many businesses and locksmiths around NYC I was about to give up on my hopes of having a fire escape window gate installed in my apartment. Literally 99% of all businesses were either trying to scam me or incredibly shady with their practices. I was very lucky to have found this business and was able to talk to Jonathan who was incredibly helpful, upfront, accommodating, and transparent in his services. The service was very fast and of excellent quality. Additionally, I was always kept informed of the status of my order, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was an incredibly positive and satisfying experience. I highly recommend this merchant to anyone. If you are in of need any locksmith/window gate/or other related type of service, DO yourself a favor and contact Plaza Locksmith. They will work with you, and most importantly, they work with a transparent ethic, as opposed to 99% of all other merchants of this kind in the city who are incredibly shady an have a large amount of unethical business practices.
