Said they will show up in a hour... and someone will call. Two hours later nothing and you try to call them back. No answer. Not very happy with them, I have always hear great things about the but on my experience they don’t show up like they say. Had to call another company to come and do the job.

Two other locksmiths told me that a key could not be made for the liftgate latch on my 87 jeep Cherokee. The smith at Rey Jean's explained the difficulty of attempting to make a key for the latch, but offered to try. He gave me no guarantee and warned me that the latch might be ruined in the attempt (which is why I assume the other smiths wouldn't touch it) but he worked a miracle! I could not be more pleased with the result! Finding a replacement latch with a key was excruciatingly difficult and would have cost me over $200 to purchase. Rey Jean's saved me a fortune by making that key for me. If you have a classic vehicle that needs lock work, you can trust Rey Jean's.

They made me a key for my expedition and it didnt work. It would not unlock my door then the women was extremely rude to me afterwards and said sorry it doesnt work we cant help you and refused to give me a refund...i couldnt believe how she treated me i will never go to them again.
