We waited a few hours for Roger to come to our house to change entire house locks because he was too busy. It's worth the wait. I am old and I think I paid $150 before to change our house locks and he wanted $200. I offered to pay his service call and maybe let my husband change the locks himself. I was surprised that he refused to accept the money. He said it's free quote. He won't charge for his trip out to our house. When he said that, I could not let him leave but to let him do the job. We would call him again if we need locks changed. He was very nice, courtesy and integrity.

Wow! What can I say! I had an emergency and had to be present at my car at 12pm to recieve a very important phone call by 1230pm to unlock my smart start. I totally lost my one car key. We were able to reach him 11 PM on a Saturday night, and he came right over and within 30 seconds, he had the door open. He was highly respectful and considerate. i was very surprised they where open on Dec26,, I bought used lock set for my Honda shadow motorcycle and there was no key. They made a key in very little time and the ignition did not match the rest of the lock set so they took it apart and reset it so one key fits all locks ..I was very impression ..price was very reasonable ,,I will recommend them to all my friends and motorcycle riders..
