Got charged $180 to unlock a bedroom door while i was told it would be $15 plus the difficulty of the work. The guy showed up an hour later. He couldn’t unlock the door and ended up broke the knob. Well...I wouldn’t have needed Locksmith for that.

MY recommendation not to use the service from this place because the technician fools by making a big deal of a job by saying its very complex, charges heavily and then finishes the job in 5 mins. I don't recommend professional who like to run their business by taking advantage of other people's lack of knowledge.

It seems so called 24/7 service is just attractive. you will not get the answer if you call for help at midnight. No one will answer or they just hang out the call to avoid work at night.

A bit pricey, but car keys are expensive and these guys come right to you and are pretty quick. I am dissapointed that there was a mistake done. I had three keys and I broke one, When the guy replaced it, one of my existing keys no longer worked. I called and asked to have that fixed and, apparently I talked to a different technician. He never said anything about price and I figured he understood the situation and was coming back for free to make sure the job was done right. When he finished he charded me again and said that he knew nothing about the previous call. He made me an extra key, which was nice, but I didn't ask for that and I didn't want to pay double. So if they make a mistake, they won't atand by their work and fix it

Gus came over quickly when I stupidly locked myself out of my girlfriend's apartment. He was friendly and got us in no problem. No customer service but did his job. He was even telling me its not working because "these and that" so i had to figure it out. Turned out, the old key was inside the car thats why the fob remote start wont work. After i took out the old key, the remote start key worked right away. His attitude towards work couldve been more appealing abd courteous his clients.
