EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I made an appointment for today. I took a day off of work for this. 10 minutes into my 30 minute appointment I called because the gutmwasn't here. He's not coming. I understand family emergencies but I should not have had to call them. Will NEVER use them again

I went in there with a decent idea of what I was talking about. I inherited and old mower that wasn't used in like 20 years, I knew the history, it was just left to die after my Aunt hired a landscaper. I went into McIntyre's and explained my situation, bought a new plug and already had some oil. He upsold me some higher octane fuel explained the difference between what's in the gas stations etc. He was beyond helpful, he didn't try to sell me something he knew wouldn't help me. THIS IS KEY FOR A BUSINESS,YET MANY DON'T GET IT. I will be going to this place for anything I could use that they sell. I'm also going to tell people about my experience there. Because he didn't try to exploit me on my first there. Lots of small business owners today want to get all they can out of you and they run the risk about their reputation. McIntyre's will be around for a long, long time with their customer first mentality. Sad you need to filter thru so many A holes to find companies like McIntyre's. But at least I know they "get it" and will have my repeat business. Thanks,guys!

These guys did a great job with my weed wacker. The price was fair, especially considering they cleaned the weed wacker meticulously before giving it back to me. Only downside, albeit a sizable one, is how long the work took (3+ weeks), but even that irritation is negated by the facts that they do great work and that there’s not exactly a large selection of small engine repair shops in the area to choose from. Staff was friendly throughout entire transaction and apologetic about the time it took. Will absolutely return and recommend.
