Unlike most household contractors they are the real deal. I have now used them for locksmithing and door leveling. Both technicians were highly competent, came is a timely manner and repaired all of the issues. I highly recommend them. Truthfully I am fairly hard to please so my plaudits are well earned.

Replacement of a Hollon mechanical lock on a safe with a new Sargent and Greenleaf lock (we had the replacement lock for the unlocked safe) went smooth and competent in short time. Price was modest at $129 total. Up front they suggested a low price if they could not perform the job. The tech ran about an hour late, but I was informed when I called in. Communications with most competitors would easily have lead to a price of $250 - $350 while not accommodating failure.

Stopped by the shop today and had some key's cut and fob programmed. Mike the owner is awesome and friendly. Did a great job on ignition lasered key cut. Adam did fob programming and is also awesome. Highly recommend these guys.

Went here to get 2 copies for a key. I had to wait several minutes for someone to come out and help me and even then, the 2 copies he rushed making were bad quality. I have to pull the keys out slightly for my door to unlock.. Every time. I can't even get myself to go back here to get it fixed.

A complete rip-off! I was told it would be $49 for the visit and $79 for replacement of a garage door lock. However, he handed me a bill for $195! The guy stated he never told me that cost! I asked him was he kidding? Never do business with this fraudulent company.

Instead of simple replacement of $15 lock on the patio door, somehow the guy spends and charges for 1.5 hr labor that I can never understand. At first, they tried to charge $75 for the lock hardware and I was able to talk to them that it is a $10 lock sold at Home Depot. If the guy first tried to fix the $10 lock instead of replacing it then it was against my recommendation. I clearly told him not to bother.
