Had to make a few phone calls (they were busy with walk-in customers) but each time the staff was courteous and apologetic. Lost the only fob for my minivan but David was able to save me the trouble of getting my car to a dealership. David was knowledgeable and honest about my situation. If you have car issues with the keys, I strongly recommend you get in touch with Arrow. Will definitely use Arrow again!

200 dollars to drive 15 minutes and pop a lock at 5:30 in the afternoon is thievery. Thankfully we found a better and fair locksmith. Shame on you.

Very helpful with making a replacement transponder chip key for my inaccessible car, a Nissan Sentra SER, that no other company was available to make for me. Programming the key was a bit of an issue because my car's computer had trouble communicating with the key programming computer. But other than that, they provide great emergency service at a reasonable price.

Called in the late afternoon for an rv lock. They quoted me at least $200. Called Tom's River locksmith and he was here in 10 minutes and only charged $85. Would definitely not use this company. Not trustable.
