I was locked out of my desk for week and tried a million different ways to get back into it. The guys from Tri-State arrived and had that thing open in 5 minutes. I had a situation that some of you I'm sure can relate to.. I had a roommate move out & I came home to find my front door left wide open and no keys left behind.. After several unsuccessful attempts to have the keys returned, I googled lock smith's in hamptom.. After reading a couple of reviews I called and spoke to Nate and explained my situation.. Nate said no problem, he could meet me at my house in 20 minutes. So 1 hour after I called & spoke to Nate I had 2 new locks, 4 new keys and most importantly I had peace of mind and you can't put a price on that.. I couldn't believe it I called numerous locksmiths this past weekend, this was the only company who answered the phone! They were polite and professional, they discussed a rough idea of what it would cost to have the locks changed in my house. I learned that I didn't need brand new locks, but that they could re-key my existing locks for much cheaper. Also, they told me ahead of time that I could save money having them out today (Monday). As this was not an extreme emergency I was happy that they did not take advantage of my calling on a weekend with a panic since I hadn't been able to get a hold of any locksmiths. Really happy that I had this company change my locks.

Tri State Lock came out and got me in immediately so I could open my business. They also replaced the lock with hardware they had on there truck. Overall there service & pricing is great and I will be using them again.

As a owner of a shop in Hampton NH one can only imagine how bad it would be when you need to open your shop and the lock will not work for you to get in! on this particular day I was frantic to get a hold of someone! and to make things worse! it was a Sunday! called tri-state and as i was waiting for a call back I was able to get into my store. Nate called me right back, so professional so understanding, and told him that i had been able to get into my store, but at some point could he look at it. I was so happy to see both he and Sean walk into my store and look at my lock! they were able to make it work until I am able to replace, they were so great ! its rare these days to be able have someone go above and beyond just because they cared!!! if I could give them a 6 or 7 star I would!! one of the best customer service companies I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend if you have any issues that you need a service such as Tri-state please call them first!
