Angelo at Keymasters was a sweetheart not only made a total of 3 keys for me provided a Generous discount in addition to that, he programed the car door entry code that the dealership tried to charge me over 50 bucks for. The Dealership would have over $300. I wouldn’t go anywhere but Keymasters. They will take good care of you as well as provide top-of-the-line service. Ask for Angelo when you go there.

Great experience with Keymaster! Angelo was who I dealt with and he could not have been any better to work with. He installed 2 dvd played in the headrest of my highlander and it came out great. He had a flexible schedule, quickly finished the job and I got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off. When I picked it up he walked me through how the equipment worked and showed me all the features. Quality job completed with awesome customer service and a great overall experience. I’ll be giving them any work I need done in the future. Thanks Angelo and keymaster!

Never got a call back for 3 weeks after the visit (though was told that they will give a call back in a week). Called back and was told that they can't order the parts.

Sent the VIN and Ubered over when I lost my keys. Keys were ready by the time I got there and all three worked perfectly. Significantly lower than dealership prices, and the dealerships are closed on Sunday and this place wasn't. Great service, great keys, got me out of a jam in a hurry.

Wow. I’d lost my fob to my Acura. Finally got tired of using my Valet key. Could have gone to the dealer and pay mucho bucks. On a whim, looked up fobs on FaceTime, and Angelo texted me all the details. Walked in the shop, within 15 min, I was out the door with a brand new working Fob. Excellent quick service. Free coffee too! Karl’s German Sausage is right around the corner—you can go there for lunch with the time saved from the quick service.

They lost the original Audi logo on my key. New key fob electronics are internally damaged. They key was not programmed. Offered a refund but refund was not provided. Customer beware of incompetent and rude employees.

For sometime I had loss my car key copies and didn't attempt to get another because of the brutal fee dealers and some other businesses charge. I contacted keymaster at 215 Newbury St. Peabody, Ma and in no time my probkem was resolve, I also must say the way I was treated was awesome made me feel right at home. Lost my keys off my boat on a Sat. at 5pm. Text Angelo at 12:15 am while waiting for AAA. Got a response at 12:35 am. Gave all the information he needed and Angelo had my truck up and running by 1pm Sunday afternoon. Great service. Price was way cheaper than expected. Great place to go to when you need service. More people need to enjoy there job like Angelo. And AAA thumbs down!!! 11.5 hrs to get me and my truck. Thanks again Angelo.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.

I had a broken key remote that I had came in with. They fixed the one I came in with and made a me a new one as well. Was nervous at first until he told me the price. Seriously way cheaper then the dealership. They move fast and friendly staff! Highly recommended !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! Had an awesome experience brought my 2005 Jeep grand cherokee here because the one key I had remaining was intermittently working. They took my key apart gave it a quick little solder and it worked like new since I only had 1 key I thought it was smart to get another remote unlock and car key and it was only 125 for a brand new key!! The dealer quoted me 575 for 2 ... Super good deal highly recommend in and out in 20 mins and free water and coffee while you wait
